Made-to-Order Swimwear

All Salté Swim swimwear is made to order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including issues related to sizing or fit.

Please ensure you carefully review our size guide before placing your order. Our swimwear is designed for a supportive fit, and sizing may vary between styles.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in producing and quality-checking every piece. However, if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are non-refundable. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion where appropriate.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds (Where Applicable)

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
